The spectacular design of Torre Espacio permeates the interior of the building in a natural way, from the triple height lobby through which the tower is entered to the care taken in the control of lighting, the way in which space is used and the materials chosen, all of which make it possible to appreciate the grandiosity and quality of the interior of the building from the very first moment.
On the lower floor, where the sets of lifts for the lower, middle and upper sections of the tower can be found, three mezzanines which house various services for users are also connected by a sculptural staircase and a panoramic lift. The quality of the whole space together with the technology of the installations and the façades gives each floor its own identity with natural light playing a leading role, reaching every nook and cranny thanks to the staggered reduction in the surface area of the floor and the central core the higher up the tower one goes.
The open areas near the central core and the choice of centralisation mean that the floors can be evacuated without the need for evacuation corridors, making it possible to use the space available to the maximum. In addition to the various services located on the mezzanines, Torre Espacio has two rest areas, known as SkyLobby 1 and SkyLobby 2 on floors 18 and 33 respectively. These two eight-metre high floors offer visitors exclusive views and facilities where they can meet, dine or simply relax.
