One of the main features of Cuatro Torres is its openness to the exterior. It is an open space which can be accessed from anywhere within its surroundings in keeping with the objective set at the beginning of the project: the creation not only of four high-rise buildings, but of a location that is unique thanks to its architecture and the beauty of the area in which the buildings stand. A place for people to meet, for leisure, for relaxation.
Vehicles access the building via a circular one-way underground road system which links up with the main roads in the surrounding area and assists the flow of traffic in the north of Madrid.
The road runs around the area on which the four buildings stand and provides access to all four, as well as to the new Exhibition and Conference Centre.
